Our office does property management as well as residential/commercial construction.
We are looking for someone who can multi-task. Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following tasks: translating, filing, copying, answering calls, scheduling, entering data, resolving tenant issues, etc.
You MUST speak, read and write Spanish and English fluently. A valid drivers license and vehicle are required.
We are located at 115 North Broadway, Santa Maria, CA.

Hours: Monday - Friday; 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Pay: $16/HR (hours and pay will differ during probationary period)
