Our office oversees a variety of tasks, including property management, residential/commercial construction, legal, and administrative work. The office assistant will be working in all these areas.
We are looking for someone who can multi-task. Your duties will include, but are not limited to the following tasks: translating, filing, copying, answering calls, scheduling, entering data, resolving tenant issues, etc.
You MUST speak, read and write Spanish and English fluently. A valid drivers license and vehicle are required.
We are located at 115 North Broadway, Santa Maria, CA.
