Our fun, fast-paced, growing retail business in downtown Lompoc needs to fill a dynamic office/admin role, which also includes some front-facing customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to receiving, reconciling, and managing inventory; handling accounts payable; processing warranty requests; interfacing with vendors; and interacting with customers. Experience with Quickbooks is a plus.
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, versatile, motivated, detail-oriented, articulate, and friendly. Command of English is essential, and knowledge of Spanish is very helpful, though not required. A sense of humor is vital.
While the role will initially be part-time, the role has significant potential to evolve into a full-time position for the right person. The position may include some Saturday shifts.
Salary is dependent on experience.
