Part time office administration, accounting clerk needed for rapidly growing manufacturing/service company in the Arroyo Grande area. Candidates should have basic cost accounting experience (service industry/construction background preferred). Position will be responsible for a variety of duties including: data entry for accounts payable, scanning, coding, weekly processing of AP check runs. Office Administration: assist with shipping and receiving, answer phones, provide general administrative support, detail oriented.
Qualifications:
⢠Working knowledge of QuickBooks Enterprise
⢠Cost Accounting experience preferred
⢠Strong analytical and problem solving skills
⢠Must be willing and able to work in a fast paced environment
⢠Must have solid organization skills
⢠Must be able to work effectively with all levels of the organization including senior management
⢠Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
⢠Excellent verbal and written communication skills
⢠People management experience
