Job SummaryProvides short-term administrative support to a City department, division, function and/or special project. Assists in performing specific and miscellaneous duties, as assigned.Works under the administrative supervision of a professional or management staff member who outlines work, frequently reviews work in progress and carefully reviews work upon completion.NOTE : The current vacancy is in the Mobility Division within the Department of Transportation. The eligibility list that will be established from this recruitment will be used to fill any Administrative Intern (As-Needed) vacancies that occur throughout City departments during the life of the list.
