Reporting to the Director of Group Sales, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:             Communicates client preferences to cross-departmental teamsReview and action any special arrangementsPrepare sales-related documents throughout the sales processPrompt response to internal and external guests’ inquiriesPerform sites of the propertyFile all internal and external events event bookings and include all required information for file creation and applicable maintenanceAssist with incoming phone calls and emails to the Group Sales Office, qualify the inquiry and distributeComplete reservations for travel agent rates, complimentary stays and site inspectionsCultivate and maintain relationships with clients and travel agency partnersAttend department and other property meetings as requiredGreet and assist VIP clients and industry guest when visiting the property
