Be responsible for the smooth operation of the Parking and Commuting Services function at all applicable campus locations in the division area

Be responsible for effectively implementing strategies and managing operations of the parking and commuting programs for Providence Health Services in order to assist with maximizing revenues, reducing costs and creating efficiencies, while adhering to Providence's internal objectives for customer relations

Serve as the Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC) and the Building Transportation Coordinator (BTC) for the various Transportation Management Plans (TMP)

Actively participate on local and regional transportation boards and activities related to overall transportation planning

Interface with the transit agencies and municipalities on behalf of Swedish and Providence

Be responsible for all Parking and Commuting Programs, Rideshare Programs, Valet and Shuttle Operations (where applicable) and Providence Fleet Operations

This role is a hybrid position, working a combination of in office / work from home weekly

The weekly hybrid work schedule will be defined by manager and departmental needs

This role requires for you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:

California: Santa Monica

Work Week: Monday - Friday

Work Shift: Day

Weekends: Flexibility to work on-call as needed

Required qualifications for this position include:

Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and work experience

Employee Transportation Coordinator (ETC) certification by local government agency or an equivalent certification

4+ Years of experience overseeing the operations of high-volume parking facilities and/or program/project management/supervision

6+ Years of related experience
