Job DescriptionA Telehealth care company, based in Los Angeles, is looking for a motivated Associate Account Manager to join their team and report to a Sr. Account Manager. This individual will join a growing team within marketing to continue the development of sales and marketing tactics for three external clients. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced team environment focused on supporting members of the sales team and effectively working with marketing operations to deliver key results.Responsibilities:
Support Account Managers and Sr Account Managers in managing high-tier Pharmaceutical manufacturer accounts, building to lead smaller accounts on their own.
Assist with compiling monthly data and analytics readouts for customers.
Collaborate with internal subject matter experts such as Business Intelligence, Advertising Operations, Product Management, and Marketing to deliver tailored solutions to customers.
Work with clients and agency partners to manage the Regulatory review submission process.
Facilitate program implementation by managing internal timelines and regularly updating status documentation.
Create visual examples of programs using our enterprise CMS tool.

2+ years of professional experience in client management. Experience with pharma, healthcare technology, or an advertising agency is a plus.
Strong written/verbal communication, excellent relationship management skills, and sharp attention to detail.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and be resourceful.
A deep curiosity and interest in healthcare technologies.
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce and project management platforms like JIRA or Asana. null
