KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to prospecting lead generation and qualification activities
Understanding industry themes customer priorities and shipping positioning
Meet or exceed targets for lead generation and qualification
Interact up to Team Lead/VP Level with customers e.g. Head of Operations. Ability to articulate and discuss key focus areas
Ability to qualify and prioritize prospects by working with various stakeholders
Think beyond individual campaigns and applies knowledge to future plans
Follow SOPs in order to update our CRM Salesforce and qualify customers so they can start shipping as fast as possible
Work closely with stakeholders such as marketing, sales, commercial operations or customers programs
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or equal experience
Experience working in client facing roles ideally in a business development function
Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally
Decisive and able to move with speed to implement ideas.
Ability to prioritize and demonstrate relentless discipline in achieving goal
Experience working with distributed teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a start-up/high-growth environment
Background in operations customer experience logistics a plus
Expert use of MS Office Suite CRMs e.g. Salesforce.com and other systems
Experience in data management
