Flexible 15 to 20 hours per week, split between the office in Campbell and remote.
You will support and report to the controller who will assign accounting duties as required.
Non-exempt, part-time employee, salary range $20 to $27 per hour depending upon experience
Key Job Responsibilities include:
Semi-monthly payroll
Posting of Accounts Receivable payments
Enter vendor bills into Bill.com
Reconcile key accounts
Other administrative and accounting tasks/projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
BS in Accounting or demonstrated understanding of basic accounting principles
Prior use or familiarity with Bill.com and QuickBooks online
Requires close attention to detail
Comfortable with recurring processes and tight schedules
Independent self-starter who is unafraid to ask questions
Hands-on and able to thrive in a small-team environment
