- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end and year-end closing processes
- Coordinate and assist with external audits and regulatory reporting requirements
- Perform general ledger reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Provide guidance and support to accounting assistant
- Stay up to date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance
