Full time permanent position available for an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist at a successful company located in Corte Madera. Must know MS Office (Excel) and QuickBooks. Ability to communicate well in English is mandatory. Must be organized, dependable, accurate and possess good analytical skills. Establish and maintain effective and positive working relationships. Duties included but not limited to:
Email correspondence while using appropriate command of the English language
Enter and code invoices to appropriate accounts
Schedule and prepare for check printing
Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors
Verify invoices and expense reports
Reconcile monthly credit card and vendor statements
1099's and other year-end reports
