Answering phones
Greet clients as they enter the office
Manage the incoming and outgoing mail
Scan documents and assemble tax returns
Manage the office supplies and related orders
Do basic bookkeeping and billing in QuickBooks
Support professional staff
Assist and manage business marketing activities
Assisting with payroll processing
Manage workflow systems
Required Software Skills:
Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook), and QuickBooks
Compensation based on Experience and Proficiency
