Our small, growing accounting firm in San Francisco’s Excelsior District is looking for a full-time Accountant / Payroll & Sales Tax Filings Specialist to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities
Handle daily bookkeeping and reconciliations
Process light payroll and related filings
Prepare and file sales tax returns
Assist with client accounting and year-end close tasks
Requirements
QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online experience (required)
Solid bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax fundamentals
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Compensation & Schedule
Full-time, on-site (or mostly on-site)
$65,000-$70,000 annual salary
