This is a full-time permanent position in an environment that is friendly, challenging, and rewarding. We offer tax, accounting, and financial services to individuals and businesses, and remain busy throughout the year.
Bookkeeping and office management experience preferred
1. Must be proficient with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online
2. Must understand the basic concepts of accounting; GAAP, debits/credits
3. Must be a skilled Excel user
4. Must be able to perform bookkeeping work as needed, including traveling offsite to clients’ offices
5. Comfortable with learning various industry-specific software
6. Capable of maintaining/managing software updates
7. Process and e-file tax returns
8. Other related tasks
