Seeking a full-charge Bookkeeper to work on-site at a local small business, with additional light office/admin duties included.
Duties:
Full-cycle AP/AR
Sales Tax Preparation & Filing
GL Entries
Reporting (routine and ad-hoc) including P&L, Balance Sheet, Monthly & Annual Sales
End of month closing
End of year closing
Working with CPA and Business Advisor to prepare annual corporate tax filings
General assistance including answering phones, data entry, filing, assisting with opening and closing responsibilities

Education and Experience:
An associate degree in business, accounting or equivalent work experience required
Above average ability with QuickBooks (Desktop & Enterprise) and Excel spreadsheets
Proficient in both Mac & PC platforms
Some experience with computer security, light IT and software interplay a plus
Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
Hourly Rate: $28-$35 per Hour
