Qualifications:
Bilingual: English/Spanish
Knowledge of QuickBooks Software and Pro Series Tax Software
Bookkeeping & Bank Reconciliations
Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets & financial reports
Process payroll as well as filing payroll returns
Maintain client's payroll information
Filing, scanning, uploading, receiving and reviewing tax documents
Preparing Individual, Partnership, and Corporation Tax Returns
Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Accounting degree preferred
College Students may apply
