BOOKKEEPING
Accounts receivable and payable.
MANAGEMENT
Schedule and follow up on maintenance requests and unit turnover make-readies.
Assist with showing properties (if are real estate licensee, a big positive).
Inspect vacancies.
Marketing and maintaining vacant property postings.
CLEARICAL
First up on telephone answering. Opening and sorting of mail.
LOOKING FOR:
Full or part time
A self-starter who asks, “what can I do?” when not busy.
Verifiable related or specific work experience
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office (Yardi or other management software a plus)
Good presentable front office presence with telephone people skills
Organizationally skilled with attention to error free work.
Have a good vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
Motivated to work and assist the team as a member.
Do not text or use social media during work periods.
Short commute to Burlingame (less than 25 preferred).
