Position: Inventory Management and Administrative Assistant
We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage Inventory locations and assist with General Accounting and Administrative tasks at Estate Winery in Woodside, CA.
Qualifications:
Min. 6 months of Inventory Management
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision a plus
Experience with Wine Direct
Proficiency with MS Excel
High attention to detail
Customer service skills required
Dynamic/ Interpersonal Skills are key (will work with a variety of different departments)
Team Player, organized, takes initiative, customer service oriented
Flexibility in this role is required.
Item & Inventory Management
Create and Manage wine item codes in Wine Direct to ensure proper integration with Navision
Maintain wine inventory at various on-site and off-site locations
Coordinate and monitor inventory stock levels for all locations with each Department
Count and reconcile all inventory locations on a scheduled basis including warehouse
Order and transfer wines as needed for Winery, Wine Club Orders, Events etc.
Reconcile any Wholesale BOL’s or other Warehouse orders
Manage and samples and 100% Discount items as needed
Review Will Call orders regularly to help facilitate inventory movement
Establish and maintain inventory policies and procedures as needed
General Office Administration
Answer phone calls and route to proper department
Mail sorting and delivering/scanning to proper department
Support Accounting Manager and Wine Club Manager with general administrative support
Support Compliance with wine items integration and paperwork management onsite
Support Sales Team as needed with Order entry in Navision and general logistics
Support Production with bottling and all related documentation in Innovent and with warehouse
Support with wine items flow as it pertains to Wine Software with Wine Club, Events & Compliance
