We are seeking a PART-TIME Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to manage multiple and varied tasks on a Weekly basis. This is an on-site/in-office position.
Daily Tasks include:
A/R and A/P, accounts reconciliation and proofing (Quickbooks)
reconciliation of bank accounts
preparing accounting calculations and worksheets in Excel for cash flow reporting and other purposes
assisting with month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations of general ledger accounts
Processing Payables
filing
mail processing
other general office oversight duties
Qualifications and Skills:
Bookkeeping Experience Required
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, Quickbooks. Analytical skills necessary to calculate discounts, interest, ratios, proportions and percentages. ORGANIZED, Self-starter, energetic, positive attitude. Commitment to quality, organization and detail. Experience in Retail and Real Estate helpful.
