Part-Time Bookkeeper – Technology Reseller
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to keep our finances running smoothly and ensure our records are accurate.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records.
- Process invoices, payments, and payroll.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
- Input vendor invoices
- Make sales tax monthly/quarterly payments
- 401k monthly payments
Requirements:
- Previous bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Teams
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently
- Work in person 1 day a week (preferred)
