Part-time Bookkeeper

Primary Responsibilities to include but not limited to:

Monthly bank reconciliation

Some AP/AR functions

Maintain vendor list up to date

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in accounting as well as experience in an administrative role, with a work history reflecting job stability and growth. You are proactive, MUST have excellent interpersonal communication skills, professional phone etiquette, quick learner, organizational skills, strong writing abilities, attention to detail, the ability to take instructions, be able to 'think outside of the box' and work independently are traits essential to the success in this role. Solid proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Email, basic administrative skills and experience required.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with any specific software as required.

Exceptional organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
