Dream Big Construction is hiring! We are a small volume luxury remodeling company, operating primarily in the Lafayette/Walnut Creek area. Our primary goal is customer satisfaction, while giving the highest quality of construction and management possible. We offer on the job training in an extremely supportive team environment.
Hours: Mon-Fri 7:30-4:30
Starting wage negotiable based on experience.
As an assistant manager you will assist with customer service, quoting projects, team scheduling, project organization, and much more. This position requires flexibility and drive to learn on the job. Physical activity is also required, such as unloading heavy materials, job site cleanup, hauling and dumping of trash debris, etc. You will also assist with warehouse management and organization.
Position Requirements:
Must be comfortable leading a team while also being a part of it.
Must come with an open mind everyday.
Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. frequently.
Work on your feet the entirety of your shift.
Work in confined spaces (attics, crawlspace, etc.)
Must be comfortable on ladders.
Must have reliable transportation.
