We are a midsize construction company that rebuilds damaged buildings using insurance policy proceeds in Alameda and Contra Costa. Based in San Leandro, your job is to manage $80,000-$800,000 construction projects from permit to completion. Attention to detail, ability to manage customers' expectations, variables regarding subcontractors, company field staff, material deliveries, and the company's record-keeping software are big parts of this position's responsibilities.
