The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a P.M. as well as Residential Construction experience and knowledge in the field of the construction industry

Project Manager to oversee and manage the operations of Jobsite projects.
Construction industry experience with success as a Project Manager, as well as the ability to develop strong relationship skills with Clients, team members and sub-contractors
Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator in a professional, team environment, with strong attention to detail as well as problem-solving skills. To excel in this role, you must have an in-depth knowledge of Project Management and as well as an understanding of the budgeting processes in the construction industry.
You will be tasked with ensuring the success of assigned Projects
P.M. DUTIES
Job Meetings with Site Super, construction crew, sub-contractors, owner and Architect.
Understanding of, and skillset to maintain job cost budget
Communicate project timelines to field personnel
Work closely with sub-contractors on schedules
Execute and understand sub-contractor agreements and ensure the scope is accurate
Order Materials
Understanding of Change orders and the process of creating
Understand and adhere to building codes and inspections
Monitor quality and accuracy
Problem solver
Ability to understand and manage construction documents
Able to perform all essential duties with minimal supervision
Support and assist site superintendents as needed
Management of project documentation and ensure proper approvals/signatures
Set up and maintain project information records.
Update and maintain all sets of drawings, specifications and logs
Plan close-out process
Ability to learn new construction management software
Computer Literate
Qualifications
5 or more years Experience as Project Manager in the Construction Industry
Ability to carry out all items listed above
Construction experience, with field experience being a bonus
Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
Team Player
Excellent customer service skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Computer Literate
Ability and desire to learn new construction management software
Reliable Transportation
Ability to read understand and interpret plans
Ability to Read write speak and understand English, bi-lingual a bonus
