Bella Builders is expanding and looking to add a Residential & Commercial Estimator/Sales Representative to our team.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Sales Representative:
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and guiding them through the project process.
Project Evaluation:
Review project plans, specifications, and related documents to fully understand the scope of work. Identify potential risks and challenges that may arise during the project.
Cost Estimation:
Develop detailed and accurate cost estimates for all project phases, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor work. Ensure estimates reflect the true cost of the project.
Bid Preparation:
Prepare and submit competitive bids for commercial projects, collaborating with the estimating team to ensure all bid components are accurate and complete.
Value Engineering:
Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering while maintaining the project's quality and integrity. Recommend alternative materials or methods when appropriate.
Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination:
Solicit and review quotes from subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring bids are accurate, thorough, and competitive. Work closely with the procurement team to secure the best pricing.
Collaboration:
Work in tandem with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle, providing ongoing support and cost analysis as needed during construction.
Relationship Building:
Foster and maintain strong relationships with project owners, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.
