Scale AI, Inc. in San Francisco, CA seeks an Engagement Manager.
Responsibilities: Use specialized customer-driven analytical and technical expertise to deliver strategic, end-to-end solutions to drive account consumption within the Scale platform. Duties include: acting on behalf of Scale to facilitate and manage client relationships with senior client leadership; managing project timelines and deliverables; understanding client operations and understanding where Scale can have the biggest impact; establishing Scale’s most critical operational processes by driving and overseeing levers with a focus on service level agreements’ achievement and quality improvement; managing onboarding and successful implementation of new accounts; overseeing long-term customer base health by partnering with stakeholders and clients to understand operational issues and address solutions with customers’ engineering team; reviewing, tracking, and improving operational performance and planning and executing operational and quarterly business reviews; monitoring the feedback loop between frontline, Engineering teams, Product teams, Machine Learning teams, strategy, and customers; collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications for solution and machine learning model development; keeping track of the latest technological advancements in the Generative AI industry to help customers make informed decision on Generative AI application development; analyzing machine learning model performance using rigorous data analysis and advice on how to improve models; documenting model development processes, results, and business impacts for internal and external stakeholders and other duties as assigned. Salary range $165k - $185k. Employee may be stationed anywhere in the United States, but will report to headquarters in San Francisco, CA.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related quantitative field (or foreign equivalent).
Requirements: 3 years of experience in the job offered or related position; 3 years of experience developing long-term business strategies to achieve profitability, growth, and enhancement of organizational capability; 3 years of experience building client relationship management skills and successfully managing and collaborating with clients; 3 years of experience processing and analyzing large/complex datasets, developing statistical models or leveraging analytics to solve business problems and drive decision making; 3 years of experience facilitating strategic integration and technical transformation; and 3 years of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL.
