We are looking for an effective and dynamic General Manager who is ready to hit the ground running to make an impact in our fast-paced organization!

We are looking for a strong candidate who enjoys developing highly effective sales and marketing campaigns and working alongside a team of competitive Sales Managers, hungry Sales Teams, and a talented Marketing Team while developing consumer-oriented marketing programs and branding strategies.

As our General Manager position, you will fulfill both leadership and coordination duties while helping to develop the overall strategy to continue top line revenue growth across all trades. Your primary responsibilities are to create the sales and marketing strategy for our home improvement service lines and then drive results. You lead the sales and marketing team to meet our strategic goals in ways that are the most effective for the company. Aside from deploying plans to meet objectives, you also manage budgets, oversee new sales and marketing initiatives, and work with other executives to develop a long-term strategy for top home improvement company. You will be responsible for the building and managing of all daily operations, including market competitiveness analysis, pricing, sales incentive plans, and distribution and channel strategy. You will drive sales growth and profitability by providing executive leadership for in-bound and out-bound marketing activities across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth for all service lines.

Work as the strategic sales leader in collaboration with our leadership team. Specific initiatives include: 1) creating sales specials, 2) developing pricing strategies and tactics, 3) providing sales and marketing performance data and analysis.

Partner with leadership team in the overall sales process, set appropriate metrics for sales management while developing strategies and tactics for increasing market share.

Develop and manage the marketing budget in collaboration with leadership team.

Partner with the leadership team on all marketing channels and communications including branding, public relations, advertising, and internal marketing and promotion items. Identify and define emerging market requirements and needs that will drive product changes or new product development. Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s customer base.

Develop and implement pricing strategies and sales incentive programs.

Track and analyze sales and marketing data, including product launch management, sales tools, competitive analysis and general sales support.

Primary liaison between the Business and Creative departments.

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in writing and verbally.

Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems.

Qualifications:

Do I have what it takes?

Proven track record of success in achieving B2C sales and marketing goals, establishing clear sales metrics and then executing.

Experience in strategic planning and execution.

In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods

Knowledge of home improvement business services, contracting, negotiating.

Knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and revenue expectations.

Experience in planning marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and successful public relations efforts.

Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.

Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings, develop a strong team, coach and mentor existing professionals.

Combination of the completion of at least 7 years of experience in a senior-level sales and/or marketing position with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments.

Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Working Conditions:

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. M-F 8-5pm in the office.

Compensation: $120,000-$130,000 plus Luxury Company Car
