We serve as a design consultants, professional organizers, and project managers all in one, providing key closet organization ideas to help clients visualize a perfect storage solution to create a seamless custom installation experience.

We are searching for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. We want employees who are creative and innovative as well as dedicated and disciplined in their approach to their jobs. Our office is fast-paced where no two days are the same.

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management. You will work closely with the Head of Sales to design and achieve objectives for optimizing lead conversion potential. You will play a key role in supporting our designers to achieve their goals and setting up each project for successful execution. Ultimately, you will serve a critical role in supporting our team in delivering quality products to our clients.

Responsibilities

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the design team alongside the Head of Sales

Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence

Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Gain expertise in the CRM platform and support designers in optimizing workflow and updating required data

Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Requirements and Skills

BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field

Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager

Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
