This full-time, salaried, and fully benefitted position is responsible for the daily operations of Spring Lakes Park, a 55+ partner-owned mobile home park. The park manager works in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Responsible for implementing the policies, rules and regulations, as set by the SLP management committee. Contracts with independent service providers as needed to ensure Park safety and operations.
Experience
5+ years of property management experience or related field preferred
Experience securing, managing park projects to completion
Experience hiring and managing staff and seasonal workers
Requirements
Working knowledge of Title 25 of the California Code
Oversee vendors, subcontractors and other service providers to secure needed park maintenance and repairs in a timely manner within budgetary constraints
On larger projects develop scope of work, conduct physical walk through of jobs, obtain competitive bids when necessary. Analyze bids and present to MC for approval
Interface with management committee chair and subcommittees as needed
Work with maintenance lead on all park landscaping and maintenance projects
Maintain a good relationship with Park residents and their guests by maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
Report to the MC chair and management committee members on a regular basis about scheduled work progress and priorities
Work closely with Park office manager, as needed
Trains and supervises assistant managers, as needed.
Work with Park Maintenance Lead on maintenance personnel and projects
