This 100% remote role involves crucial support for Account Managers in client account tasks and back-office management. Key Responsibilities:
Assist Account Managers with various tasks
Manage back-office operations, including training and accurate execution of tasks
Handle certificates, endorsements, loss runs, MVRs, and cancellations
Process billing inquiries and follow up on non-payment issues
Ensure timely issuance of renewal certificates and Auto ID cards
Maintain accurate records in the agency management system
Provide backup support to team members as needed
Assist with document communication and respond promptly to emails, calls, and mail
Collaborate with Account Managers on account activities and potential issues
Mentor other assistant account managers and contribute to personal and organizational development
Requirements:
Active California Property and Casualty insurance license
Minimum 2 years’ experience in insurance industry
Construction background a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proactive problem-solving mindset
Familiarity with insurance-related tasks and procedures
