We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work to join us in our office located in San Rafael. Are you a creative team player who'll help us to continue to grow and improve procedures? The ideal candidate has a proven ability for prioritizing, multi-tasking and time management. The candidate is also self-driven, organized, detail oriented, and has excellent customer service/communication skills.
Job Duties:
Answer busy phones
Interview customers
Recommend and estimate appropriate services
Schedule appointments
Transcribe and type field reports
Manage multiple tasks
Qualifications:
Prior dispatcher experience a plus
Computer literate
A friendly, professional phone manner is required!
Stable work history
Excellent editing, spelling, and grammar
Energetic, creative problem-solving capability
Must be capable of juggling multiple tasks and priorities
Good sense of humor and positive "can-do" attitude
Type 40 wpm
Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm
$25 - $30 per hour + monthly production bonuses
