In this role, you will manage projects from our Sales Associates as well as established and new house

accounts. Exceptional organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and strong communication skills are

essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to

collaborate effectively with multiple teams. Our fast-paced environment demands the ability to handle

multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a “can-do” attitude. Motivation, reactiveness, and

initiative are key qualities for success in this role. You will work closely with all departments to ensure

projects are completed on time and with accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

Collaborate with sales associates and clients to manage incoming projects.

Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.

Convert estimates into detailed project instructions for the production team.

2. Communication and Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions and clarifications about

specifications, deadlines, and budgets.

Explain job complexities and scheduling requirements before assigning tasks to operators.

Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams about project progress.

3. Quality Control:

Review and double-check the accuracy of incoming correspondence and project details.

Ensure all project information is complete and correct before production begins.

4. Technical Skills and Knowledge:

Utilize proprietary project management software efficiently.

Understand offset and digital printing processes, including wide format.

Possess a basic understanding of press layouts and paper types.

Order paper and special materials as needed for specific jobs.

Work with outside vendors to source materials and services.

5. Creative Problem-Solving:

Collaborate with teams to brainstorm and plan “out-of-the-box” projects.

Address and resolve challenges promptly to keep projects on track.

6. Additional Support:

Provide backup assistance to production staff as required.

Take the initiative in resolving issues or proposing improvements to workflows.
