Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry & Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team full-time at our San Rafael office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining financial records, and supporting our accounting processes. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic bookkeeping skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and update data in company databases and spreadsheets with high accuracy
Assist with daily bookkeeping activities including tracking expenses, invoices, and payments
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and record management
Support the accounting department with reconciliations and audits
Maintain confidentiality and security of all financial and business data
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business or accounting preferred
Proven experience in data entry and bookkeeping
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills
Work Schedule & Location:
This is a full-time, on-site position. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Our office is located in San Rafael.
