We are seeking a Part-time Customer Service / Warehouse Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving issues. You will also help around the warehouse with shipping, handling, receiving and inventory.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints over the phone and email in an efficient way
Customer service
Provide information about the products and services if needed
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Assist with data entry and invoicing through Quickbooks and other computer programs

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic Shipping and Receiving experience
Experience with UPS, FedEX, USPS, and Stamps.com
We are flexible on when you can work, but 20 hours a week ideally Monday through Friday.
Experience with UPS, FedEX, USPS, Quickbooks and Stamps.com not required, we are willing to train. If you have an interest in music or amps please send in your application. We are excited to hear from you!
