About Us: California Sport Design is a supplier of custom printed and embroidered apparel for Schools, Sport Teams, Corporations and other small businesses throughout California since 1985. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Admin/Sales Support Representative to join our company. If you are a team player with strong multitasking skills and a knack for providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
Requirements:
Previous experience in customer service/inside sales
Dependable and detail-oriented
General knowledge of Excel
Knowledge of QuickBooks (a plus)
Knowledge of CRM software (a plus)
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Outgoing, positive personality with customers and coworkers
Available 8AM-5PM Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime
Responsibilities:
Create work orders for new projects submitted by sales representatives
Schedule jobs for production, coordinating with the production team to ensure timely completion and efficient workflow
Monitor job progress and schedule shipments upon completion
Assist in purchasing products online from various suppliers
Update and manage CRM software database
Provide customer service and quotes for various customers
Help manage inventory to fulfill program orders
Answer phones and provide customer assistance as needed
Support both owners with various projects as required
