Basic mechanical knowledge of automobiles, tractors, equipment etc. makes the training process smoother and easier. Position is full time, 40 hours per week. Excellent attendance is required. Ability to learn computer software, excellent Math and English skills, working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, attention to detail and the desire to get the job done correctly are essential.
We will train the right candidate to excel in this position if they possess some of the required skills.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
Assist the Service and Parts department as necessary, process daily technician time-cards and post into our computer system, process competed work orders for invoicing, verify parts used are posted onto work orders. Add dialog that will display on customer invoices explaining in a clear, concise, understandable fashion what occurred on the repair, phone contact with both technicians and customers as needed to complete tasks, answer and direct incoming phone calls as a backup to primary front office personnel, complete training to function as a backup to the Service Dispatcher, create follow up work orders based on reporting from field technicians, and perform other tasks as directed by management.
