Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
Actively listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate service recommendations.
Accurately assess bike service needs and provide detailed repair estimates.
Schedule service appointments and manage workflow efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely and high-quality repairs.
Stay up-to-date on the latest cycling technology and trends.
Qualifications:
Passion for cycling and extensive knowledge of bicycles and components.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with point-of-sale systems and service scheduling software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
