45 year family run business is looking for a team player with strong customer service and follow up skills, who can type and has good grammar/spelling, someone who is self motivated, with professional written and verbal communication skills. Experienced in scheduling/routing and dispatching. Termite and Construction background is a HUGE plus!
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Answering phones.
Communicating with realtors, customers, title companies, our inspectors and contractors. Follow up is Key
Data entry of termite reports, work authorization contracts and billing invoices.
Scheduling inspections and/or construction/treatments.
Cross training is necessary with construction scheduling and AR/AP.
Misc office tasks, ie. Inventory, Ordering supplies, filing etc.
