Job Summary:
Our Customer Service Representatives interact directly with our
customers through multiple forms of communication. With customer priority in
mind, the representative will convey proper protocols, conduct billing inquiries,
perform clerical tasks, while maintaining office cleanliness and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and other customer communications to solve customer
problems or answer questions
Perform clerical tasks which include but are not limited to, filing
documents, scanning documents, scheduling maintenance, opening and
sorting mail, and office organization
Maintaining office organization and cleanliness
Assisting Manager and other employees to complete tasks as they arise
Complete occasional supply runs
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods of time
Must be able to perform tasks such as pulling, pushing, bending, and lifting
Must have a driver's license
Required Qualifications:
Education: High-school diploma or GED
Excellent and established customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous relevant industry experience
Established computer skills
Employment Type: Part-Time, non-exempt
Work Hours: 15-20 hours (Potential increase as business needs), weekdays only
