Basic Qualifications:

Must live within a reasonable commute distance of Morgan Hill, CA.

Bilingual speaker that is also fluent in English

Possession of a high school diploma or GED

Proof of your legal right to live and work in this country

Positions are available for the following languages and shifts:

·English- US (shift Monday - Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm 40 hours a week)

The following languages are Monday – Friday and 8 hour shifts starting as early as 4am:

· German

· Italian

Daily tasks include, but are not limited to, making outbound calls to request documents, analyzing documents for completeness, and light data entry. Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Demonstrate a friendly and professional phone demeanor

Possess experienced interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and vendors

People-oriented - enjoy interacting with people and working on group projects

Have excellent customer service skills and written skills

Demonstrate positive and professional behavior with customers and coworkers

Have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

$1,000 bonus at successful completion of 6-month introductory period
