Job Title: Preschool Aide for 4.5-Year-Old
Location: Piedmont, CA
Schedule: Flexible (1-4 Days/Week)
Hours: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, Monday - Friday
Pay: $23 - $30/hour, Based on Experience
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Preschool Aide to work with our 4.5-year-old son at his preschool in Piedmont, CA. He attends preschool Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to Noon, and we are looking for an aide to provide support during this time. We are flexible on the number of days per week, from 1 to 4, but prefer a consistent schedule, such as every Tuesday/Thursday or every Monday/Wednesday/Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Help our son with transitions to and from preschool.
- Provide support in the classroom by assisting with daily activities and routines.
- Foster positive social interactions with peers and encourage engagement in group activities.
- Assist in reinforcing learning activities and behaviors as guided by the teachers.
- Provide additional support to help our son follow instructions, stay focused, and participate in classroom activities.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for him to thrive.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with children, especially in a preschool or early childhood setting (preferred, but not required).
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers and parents.
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to the needs of the child.
- Reliable and punctual.
Schedule:
Flexible: 1 to 4 days a week, with a preference for a consistent schedule.
Example schedules: Every Tuesday/Thursday or Monday/Wednesday/Friday.
Hours: 9:00 AM to Noon.
Compensation:
$23 - $30 per hour, based on experience.
Paid weekly.
