Adult Educational Tech (AET). We are a small, NON-PROFIT, program that serves Developmentally Disabled- Dual Diagnosed, Regional Center Consumers by assisting them in all activities of daily living skills (ADL) in our Community Based Day Program, Supported Living Program in their home, Independent Living Program in their home. Under the direction of the Executive Director, you will be a "Working Direct Care Program Director" responsible for all day to day operations, Supervising approximately 10-22 Employees, work with approximately 10-30 Consumers, must be able to work well with Staff, Regional Centers, as well as all required Governmental, Generic Agencies. Strong staff training skills are needed, at least a Bachelors Degree in a social Services Area. Training in Behavior Mod preferred. Computer skills are needed, ability to document, write Consumers reports are required. Strong Leadership Skills a must. Management hours will need to be flexible some done in AM some in PM to monitor Staff on duty. This is not a sit in the office, behind the desk, suit and tie kind of job, you must be willing to assist with doing Consumer Direct Care as needed. This is going from house to house in the community where staff works with consumers. Must have a Valid CDL/ Proof of Insurance, TB Test Current, First Aid/ CPR Current, Fingerprint clearance
