We are urgently looking for the following:
- Spanish tutors and after-school teachers.
Learnika Learning Center is dedicated to helping students K-12 achieve their academic goals. We are located in Palo Alto near the Stanford campus. We have provided after-school care for local elementary students and tutoring services to private and small groups on Spanish, English, Math, coding, robotics, Science, SAT Prep, and other test prep classes.
Requirements:
- Energetic & dedicated personality
- Prior experience teaching or working with children will be helpful.
- Must be able to commit to teaching the after-school program for the rest of the 2022 school year.
- Have a presence in their classroom and can effectively lead a group of up to 12 students.
- Demonstrated the ability to establish effective relationships with parents and children.
Requirements:
- A college degree.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in a classroom setting.
- Must have a work visa.
- Pass a background check
