The Castro Valley School of Music is seeking a passionate and experienced vocal teacher to join our team! We’re a vibrant, community-focused music school that believes in nurturing every student’s unique musical journey — and we’re looking for someone who shares that mission.
About the Role:
Position: Part-Time Vocal Teacher
Pay: $30–$45 per hour (based on experience)
Available Schedule: Weekday afternoons (3–8 PM) and Saturdays (9 AM–3 PM)
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Strong background in vocal instruction
✅ Experience working with kids and teens
✅ Friendly, team-oriented personality
✅ Must pass a background check
✅ Reliable, communicative, and organized
You’ll be working with a supportive, professional team of musicians and educators who love what they do. Most lessons are one-on-one, with occasional opportunities for group classes, performances, and workshops.
