ENTRY LEVEL ARCHITECT / ENGINEER / HOME INSPECTOR OR LIC CONTRACTORS WITH FOCUS ON STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS OF WOOD OR STEEL STAIRS AND BALCONIES (wood) EXPERIENCE IN DIGITAL REPORTS A PLUS.
Knowledge in inspections of exterior steel or wooden stairs (Fire Escapes) & Balconies(SB-721) or be recent graduate with 1-3 years experience in metal wood or construction field. Estimating, Reports, designing, project oversight are a plus for experienced candidates . Will train new applicants if qualified in our Online/Onsite training course . We are looking for part time or full time but will work with FLEX Time on call people looking to work 1-3 days a week or month.
FireEscapeEngineers.com and BalconyServicesNetwork.com are the National Leaders on Inspections, Certifications and Load Testing of Exterior steel or wooden stairs, Fire Escapes, balconies, porches or decks. This is a Regulatory requirement by the state every 5-6 yrs
