REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent work experience
5+ years experience in drafting residential remodels
Drafting of construction details
Construction Documents
Ability to communicate with city and county planning departments
Knowledge of CA Building Codes
Proficiency in ArchiCAD and Adobe Suite
Strong organizational abilities
Collaborative, self motivated, positive, adaptable and flexible with strong written and verbal communication skills
Extremely detail oriented
Comfortable interfacing with clients, consultants, vendors and trades people
Ivy project management software
SCHEDULE & HOURS
20-30 hrs./week with room to grow
