Draftsperson needed for an Oakland drafting firm. Duties will consist of
- Drafting plans for single family residential projects.
-Handling submittals to city agencies and related docs/forms.
-Managing/Keeping projects on track and coordination all parties involved.
-Measuring hones for new projects.
Should be proficient in AutoCAD, be very familiar with the pre construction process, work fast and provide fast turn arounds.
6-8 hours a day, 5 days a week. We are located in downtown Oakland, one block from the Bart station.
Position is in person. There will be a probationary period where you work from home and will then will be required to come in to the office.
$28 Hr to start.
