Wilson Associates (www.wilson-associates.net), a design/build/development firm in Oakland, CA, is seeking an experienced freelance architect or architectural designer to draft permit sets for residential and commercial projects. While we are primarily looking for someone to perform documentation work on a per hour basis, we need someone experienced enough that they can put together drawing sets to submit for permitting without much oversight.
The work will be part-time, performed remotely. We are very busy, so while work will be intermittent, it may be quite steady to start. There is also strong potential for the relationship to grow.
Working in Archicad is a huge plus, though AutoCAD is acceptable. Pay is negotiable.
