Qualifications:
Professional Revit Drafting: 3+ years of experience, proficiency and knowledge must be mid-level or higher. Experience with floor plans, interior and exterior elevations, perspective views, and electrical plans preferred.
Residential Structural Experience: Basic (roof/floor framing and foundation) residential structural knowledge preferred.
Education: Certificate of design or higher level degree a plus.
Language Skills: Solid verbal and basic written communication skills to work with the team and clients in English.
Leadership: Professional in dealing with clients and coworkers; polite and kind; high attention to detail; motivated to take on added responsibilities; a positive attitude.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Must have good technical skills, strong organizational skills, be detail oriented and have excellent problem-solving skills.
Must have reliable transportation with the ability to visit properties.
Responsibilities:
Measure, photograph and gather basic structural information for local residential projects.
Draft residential as-built drawings in Revit to include basic structural and site information.
Support project design managers.
Produce or create architectural drawings, interior and exterior elevations, perspective views, plans, and detail sheets.
Review architectural redlines and mark-ups and ensure all items have been addressed.
Deliver and pick up plan sets from print shops, planning and building departments, and clients.
